Spellcasters above level 20
Q: There's a bug in the spell list for 21st-level characters. A spellcaster gets one less spell of first level when reaching level 21.
A: That's true.
But...
You say that's a bug. It isn't. There's a limited space inside the Dreamer for the known spells (40, if I remember correctly). So I have to take away a first level spell to add a 7th level one.
