Standard icons
Q: I know I can use yours and Eugenio's icons (and give credit to you, of course), still, would it be possible to have something like a standard library of icons?
A: Credit to him, please. I couldn't draw a straight line without a ruler, and no icon I drew myself was preserved until today.
The only standard icons are the items icons, as found in the Dream DB. For the places, well, different scenarios will need different icons. Moreover, I tried to keep the Dream DB file to a minimum size. Otherwise people with slow modems wouldn't even try to download the game.
Try to use the standard icons for your items (Mister Monster Maker allows you to do this easily). If you don't, and you wish your scenario to be played under both v1.7 and 2.0 (Dream 3D), then you have to create both small (32 x 32 pixels) and large (64 x 64 pixels) icons. If you are limiting yourself to Dream 3D, just having a large icon is fine.
